At GolfballsHUB, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. We strive to provide a hassle-free return and refund process to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our policy below for more information.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days from delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please contact our customer service team at support@golfballshub.ae explaining the reason behind your decision to return and we will provide you with a return authorization number and guide you through the return process.

1.- Returns due to damaged or defective Items (including items not complying with our grading policy):
Cases that would fall under this category:
  • Damaged or defective product: The item arrives with visible damage, or defects that were not disclosed in the product description.
  • Wrong or incorrect item received: The product received does not match the one ordered, or it is a different model, size, color or variation.
  • Poor quality: The product's quality or workmanship does not meet the expected standard or is not as described in the online listing.
  • Missing parts or accessories: The order is incomplete.
  • Product not as described: The item received does not match the description provided by the online retailer, including its features, specifications, or functionality.
  • Late or delayed delivery: The product did not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe or was excessively delayed.
If you find yourself in one of these situations (first of all, apologies!), we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability, and we will cover the additional delivery charges.

Please provide detailed information including photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.

2.- Returns due to customer's change of mind:
This happens to all of us and there is no problem at all. If your item is not damaged or defective but you still would like to exchange it for a different one or get a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@golfballshub.ae and we will do it without further questioning.

In this case, we will organize the logistics but the extra delivery charges will be born by the client (15 AED within UAE).

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If your return is approved, your refund/exchange will be processed. In case of refunds a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider). In case of an exchange, the new items will be dispatched.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Customized products are non-returnable, unless they are damaged, of course.
